Neurological Physiotherapist


Adam Morewood is a Neurological Physiotherapist at Physio Matters who also has a strong foundation across MSK, community and respiratory settings, supported by an MSc in Physiotherapy and a BSc in Physical Activity, Sport and Health.

Adam is experienced in assessment, rehabilitation, early mobilisation and patient education through NHS placements and voluntary cardiac and neurological rehabilitation. He brings excellent communication skills, and a positive, compassionate approach to care, with proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams to support safe, patient-centred outcomes.

In addition to his physiotherapy credentials, Adam is a Team GB Cyclist and Five-time World Champion in Bike Trialsl, demonstrating exceptional discipline, resilience, goal-setting and the ability to perform consistently under pressure.
Acted as a positive role model and mentor, applying high-performance experience to coaching, instruction and encouraging safe skill development
