Clinic Receptionist

Tracy brings a wealth of experience in the admin field. to Physio Matters Team. She has worked in the NHS for 13 yrs in total in various admin and clerical roles, the most recent being a personal assistant and medical secretary for the Macmillan Urology Nursing Team.

After a 2 year break from her admin role she gained valuable experience working at a care home as the Lead Activity Coordinator entertaining residents and became the newsletter editor. She has a keen interest in healthcare, helping people and holistic therapies and holds various qualifications in relation to her interests including Physiotherapy Assistant and Reiki .

Tracy is really looking forward to getting to know the team and the clients and build on her knowledge and skills.
