Meet Saima

Saima brings a wealth of experience in healthcare administration, customer service and team leadership to the Physio Matters team. She has worked within GP practices for over three years, progressing from Receptionist and Administrator roles to Senior Administrator, Supervisor and Team Leader positions. Throughout her career she has gained extensive experience supporting patients, managing busy reception services, training staff and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of healthcare services.

In addition to her healthcare background, Saima has worked in education, providing support to children and young people in primary and secondary school settings, including those with additional needs. Her experience across healthcare, education, retail and hospitality has enabled her to develop excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, alongside a friendly and professional approach to supporting others.

Outside of work, Saima is a self-employed henna artist with over ten years of experience and regularly volunteers at school, charity and community events. She is passionate about helping people, enjoys working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and is looking forward to welcoming clients and supporting the Physio Matters team
