Terms & Conditions
At Physio Matters, we are committed to providing a safe, transparent, and professional experience for all our clients and website visitors. These Terms and Conditions outline how we operate our services, manage online bookings, and protect your personal data in line with UK GDPR. By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. We encourage you to read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly — we’re here to help.
Cancellation Policy
At Physio Matters, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment without notice, may incur a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the session.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our time and resources effectively. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.
