Full Time | Permanent | Salary Dependent on Experience
Are you an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist looking for something more than a traditional clinical role?
At Physio Matters, you’ll join an award-winning, clinician-led team that has been transforming lives through specialist rehabilitation for over 25 years. As our service continues to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and ambitious physiotherapist who wants to help shape the future of complex trauma rehabilitation.
This is an opportunity to work with people recovering from complex trauma, neurological conditions and catastrophic injuries, supporting them to achieve meaningful goals and regain independence.
We believe rehabilitation should be creative, engaging and focused on real life. No two days are the same. You could be delivering therapy in a client’s home, supporting rehabilitation in the community, running sessions in a gym or hydrotherapy pool, or helping clients participate in adaptive sports and activities including cycling, climbing, skiing and watersports. Our approach goes beyond traditional treatment, helping people return to the activities that matter most to them.
You’ll work as part of a highly skilled team alongside experienced therapists, support staff and rehabilitation professionals who share a commitment to achieving exceptional outcomes. We value collaboration, innovation and fresh thinking, and actively encourage therapists to bring new ideas into practice.
We’re equally committed to developing our people. You’ll benefit from protected CPD, regular supervision, mentoring, peer support, networking opportunities and clear progression pathways within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.
