What is the Bioness L300 Go?

The Bioness L300 Go is a wearable, wireless FES system that uses gentle electrical stimulation to help activate muscles involved in walking. It is commonly used to support people with foot drop or altered gait following neurological injury or illness.

The system can be used during everyday walking and rehabilitation sessions, helping users practise a more natural walking pattern while staying active in real‑world environments.

Who Might Benefit from a Demonstration?

What Happens During a Demonstration?

Your L300 Go demonstration at Physio Matters is carried out by one of our specialist neurological physiotherapists, who are experienced in FES assessment and rehabilitation.

During the session, we will:

• Complete a brief assessment of your walking and goals
• Fit and calibrate the L300 Go system
• Trial the device during walking
• Discuss how FES may (or may not) fit into your wider rehabilitation plan
• Answer your questions honestly and clearly

Demonstrations of the Bioness L300 Go are available at our clinic by appointment and consultation fee. We will provide you with a fully costed assessment fee and if the device is appropriate we would be able to complete a prescription at no extra cost. Physio Matters do not sell the devices to clients directly but are able to give an impartial opinion on whether the L300Go would be suitable for you!!
