Golf is another of the alternative sports we offer our clients the chance to try. Accessible for patients with a wide range of conditions, this has both mental and physical benefits, improving core strength, coordination, balance and mobility.

This can be played in a driving range, where you can practice aiming and striking the ball, or outdoors on a golf course, offering new challenges due to differences in terrain and many holes to try.

Our physios will attend sessions with you to assist you to develop your skills, whether trialling it as a beginner or returning to playing after a period away from the sport. Golf is a relaxing sport which can be taken at your own pace, allowing time to practice, develop your skills and enjoy yourself. For more experienced golfers we can work alongside professional coaches to try to get there ability as close to pre-injury levels as possible.
