At Physio Matters, rehabilitation involves many sports and activities and not only home-based physiotherapy. Wherever possible, we aim to involve people in activities they will enjoy to help them improve their mobility, balance, core strength, co-ordination and confidence.

These activities also help clients meet and interact with new people, widen their horizons by going out and about to new places, and are mentally as well as physically stimulating.

Sports and activities really do help people make important steps on the road to recovery. And we know they work best when they are challenging, enjoyable, involve learning a new skill - and just good fun!
